Recommended common formulas for PVC profiles ceilings and pipes

During the 136th Canton Fair, many customers came to our booth to ask for PVC and other related products. 1. PVC profile

<1、PVC（SG-5） 100， compound lead 4，Stearic acid 0．3，PE wax 0.25， ACR  2， CPE(35％) 10， Active light calcium 15， Titanium dioxide 2.5.

<2、PVC（SG-5） 100，calcium-zinc stabilizer 4.2，Stearic acid  0．3，Paraffin wax 0.3， Monostearin 0.3，ACR 2，CPE(35％) 10， light calcium 40，Titanium dioxide 4.5， Ultramarine blue 0.02，brightener 0.012 .

 2. PVC pinch plate/Celling

PVC  100， heavy calcium 220， PE wax 1.2， Stearic acid 2.0， DOP 4.0，CPE 8.0， compounded lead salt stabilizer 5.2， Titanium dioxide 3.0， Flourescent brightener 0.02 .

3. PVC Pipe

PVC  100，  Ca-Zn composite stabilizer 3.5， light calcium  5，

PE wax 0.15,  Stearic acid 0.2， CPE  3-6， ACR（HF-401）1.0-2.0，

Titanium dioxide 2-4，Brightener appropriate.
