Description of Carboxy Methyl Cellulose CMC Detergent Grade:

Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is the most widely used and widely used type of cellulose in the world today. CMC Na, abbreviated as CMC Na, is a cellulose derivative with a degree of polymerization of glucose ranging from 100 to 2000, with a relative molecular weight of 242.16. White fibrous or granular powder. Odorless, odorless, odorless, hygroscopic, insoluble in organic solvents.

Technical Specification

Applications of CMC:

1. CMC as additive used in food industry. It  is widely used in yoghurt,ice cream, beverage,wiejellyjam,cookies,noodle and meat etc.

2. CMC used in toothpaste industry, as the most important gum of the paste, has the good compatibility of various materials in the toothpast.

3. CMC used in liquid and paste detergent, actsas stabilizing agent and thickening agent, whenused in detergent powder, can prevents dirtfrom depositing again.

4. CMC used in driling fluid, fixing fluid andfracturing fluid as viscosifie,filtration reducerand rheology controller. it can protect theshaft and prevent mud flowing.

5. CMC can be used as stabilizer, which can avoid the delamination of the coating caused bythe sharp temperature variation.
