Dosage of I+G

I+G is a new generation of nucleotide food flavor enhancer. It can be directly added to food to enhance the flavor. It is a relatively economical and most effective flavor enhancer. It is one of the main flavoring ingredients in instant noodle seasoning packets, condiments such as chicken essence, chicken powder and flavor-enhancing soy sauce. When mixed with sodium glutamate (MSG), its dosage is about 2%-5% of MSG.

 

The general dosage is as follows:

Canned soup, 0.02-0.03 g/kg;

Canned asparagus, 0.03-0.04 g/kg;

Canned crab, 0.01-0.02 g/kg;

Canned fish, 0.03-0.06 g/kg;

Canned poultry, sausage, ham, 0.06-0.10 g/kg;

Sauce, 0.10-0.30 g/kg;

Condiments, 0.10-0.15;

Seasoning ketchup, 0.10-0.20 g/kg;

Mayonnaise, 0.12-0.18 g/kg;

Snack food, 0.03-0.07 g/kg;

Soy sauce, 0.30-0.50 g/kg;

Vegetable juice 0.05-0.10 g/kg;

Processed cheese, 0.05-0.10 g/kg;

Dehydrated soup powder, 1.0-2.0 g/kg;

Instant noodle soup powder, 3.0-6.0 g/kg.
