AEEA (aminoethyl ethanolamine) is a multifunctional chemical intermediate with three core applications:

1. **Textile Auxiliary Agent**

As a key raw material for softeners, it improves fabric hand feel and drape, and is easily compounded with other auxiliaries, especially suitable for polyester, nylon, and other synthetic fibers.

2. **Epoxy AB Adhesive**

Used to modify epoxy curing agents, it enhances toughness, extends working time, and improves adhesion. It is commonly used in structural adhesives for construction, electronic potting compounds, and other applications requiring flexibility.

3. **Petroleum Additives**

- **Gas Purification**: Used to prepare highly efficient desulfurization and decarbonization solvents, with high selectivity and low energy consumption, suitable for natural gas and refinery gas treatment.
