Description of Glyoxal:

Colorless or yellow crystals or liquids with deliquescence. Soluble in ethanol and ether, soluble in water. It has active chemical properties and can undergo addition or condensation reactions with ammonia, amides, aldehydes, and compounds containing carboxyl groups. Mainly used in the textile industry. Produced by gas-phase catalytic oxidation of ethylene glycol and air.

Glyoxal is mainly used for glyoxylic acid, M2D resin, imidazole and other raw materials, products, and as gelatin, gelatin, cheese, alcohol, and insoluble starch adhesives, artificial silk resistance reduction agent.
