Description of Crystalline Fructose:

White crystalline powder, odorless, sweet taste. It is easily soluble in water (3.5g/ml solubility at 20℃) and ethanol, insoluble in ether, and 1.8 times sweeter than sucrose. So at the same sweetness level, fructose intake is only half that of sucrose. Crystalline fructose is mainly produced in natural fruits and grains, with good taste, high sweetness, low glycemic index and not easy to cause dental caries and other advantages. Stable to light and heat, easy to absorb moisture.
