Sodium hexametaphosphate is a Inorganic compound with the chemical formula of (NaPO3) 6.
It is a white crystalline powder that is easily soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvents. It is mainly used in the food industry as a quality improver, pH regulator, metal ion chelating agent, adhesive and swelling agent.
